How do you feel today ?

Are you happy right now, if not, what could you do to change that?

Instead of having breakfast staring at your cell phone, observe your surroundings. Admire your plants, the decoration of your kitchen, the spectacle that nature offers you by looking out the window

Take care of your time, will allow you to take care of yourself

Reconnect with yourself and analyze your moods.

Spirituality is in each of us. It lives around you and sets the tone for your day. But it is you, through your thoughts, positive or negative, that set the tone.


So be happy and enjoy all these sweet moments that are offered to you

You don't need to believe in god or any other higher power, there is nothing religious about spirituality.

It is a philosophy of life. Taking care of your body, your soul, your spirit, will make you the person you want to be.

When your body is in pain, you take care of it, you take care of it by eating a balanced diet, moving, resting

But we tend to leave the mind aside. As if it didn't exist. But there is a connection between your body and your mind


If your body suffers, your whole being suffers. When your mind suffers, the repercussions on the body can be very violent (pain, depression, weight problem, etc.)


So I repeat, taking care of your body is also and above all taking care of your mind.


Take care of your body to make your mind want to stay there


Walk admiring everything around you, smile because smiling makes you happy, dance when you hear your favorite song, find daily joys and maintain them as long as possible


The balance of all these simple things will give you access to happiness
